Property managing agents work hard enough in a minefield of property law, policies and government guidelines, its hard to keep up! That’s why we work with them to manage properties so they can do the important stuff! We will visit the property and make sure they are clean, safe and suitable to live in.

Nicky started the business in 2021 from an estate agency and education background. The idea for the business was to combine all knowledge and skills and put them to good use by creating more energy efficient homes while making sure they are ‘tenant ready’.

We’re now a small team of approachable, real and honest people; we raise our families, run our homes and do our jobs and completely understand the stress of life, that’s why we often work before, during and after the usual 5 days a week, 9-5 hours.
